Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Coforge EventHub mobile application (the "App") operated by Coforge Limited ("Coforge", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Coforge EventHub app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.
The Coforge EventHub app is designed to support event attendees by providing features including agendas, attendee networking, social wall interactions, notifications, FAQs, and event information. You agree to use the App only for intended and lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Coforge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior written consent.

The App may contain links or integrate with third-party services. Coforge is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate access and delete all data, including your personal data, after the conclusion of the event. This may include, but is not limited to, your profile information, event interactions, and any content submitted through the App.
The App is provided on "as is" and "as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions. Coforge does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, with respect to any information, data, statements or products made available on the App. Coforge shall have no responsibility for any damage to a computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any content, materials, information from the App.
Coforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Coforge harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to any misuse of the App by the user.
Coforge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the App after changes are notified via the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All comments, feedback, information or materials submitted to Coforge through the App shall be considered non-confidential and Coforge’s property. By submitting such comments, feedback, information or materials to Coforge, the user of the App agrees to a no-charge assignment to Coforge of all worldwide rights, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the comments, feedback, information or materials. Coforge shall be free to use, copy, publish or distribute such comments, feedback, information or materials on an unrestricted basis without accounting to the Apps’s user.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions; and parties irrevocably agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi to hear and decide any dispute pursuant to these terms and conditions.
