Coforge Limited including its subsidiary companies (hereafter referred as’Coforge’, ’we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Coforge EventHub mobile application (’App’).

When you use the App, we may collect the following information:

Profile information and social wall interactions (posts, likes, comments)

Provide access to app features such as agenda, social wall, and notifications

Improve the App experience and troubleshoot issues

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

Event organizers and authorized personnel for App management
Service providers like Google Firebase and AWS, used for hosting and analytics
Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights

Retention of Personal Information

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements under applicable law(s).

Where do we transfer your Information

Coforge operates globally and therefore information may need to be transferred to countries outside of where the Personal Information was originally collected. For example, information is stored in AWS environment in India. We transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to other countries, some of which have not yet been determined by the European Commission and/or the Swiss Federal Council to have an adequate level of data protection. For such transfers, we use a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts such as the standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is securely stored using trusted services such as Google Firebase (for mobile services) and Amazon Web Services (for backend infrastructure). We implement administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal information on a ‘need to know’ basis, technological security measures, including firewalls, anti- virus software etc.

Your Rights and Choices

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, depending on the applicable law. These rights may include the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, request deletion of your personal information, object to the processing of your personal information. We may update this Privacy Statement periodically. Changes will be posted within the app and updated on the Coforge website.
